Reginald Nii Odoi speaks at Ignite Youth Ghana (IY-G) Future Workshop

This past week the President and Founder of The Good Shepherd Love Foundation, Reginald Nii Odoi, had the privilege of spending time with and speaking to members of the Ignite Youth Ghana (IY-G).

This was during the IY-G month of leadership event called the IY-G Future Workshop.

The event took place at the Rising Sun Montessori School, Dome and saw a lot of enthusiastic youth attending to learn a lot as well as to interact and share ideas.

At this Leadership Series, our Founder shared on the topic “Leadership in our Personal lives.” He in summary encouraged the Youth to learn to be servant leaders, always willing to serve the interests of others in their daily lives whilst aspiring to brighten the corner wherever they find themselves.

He also touched on the need to be confident and content with ones mission in life, staying focused and maintaining a high sense of integrity whilst on the journey of servant leadership.

It was a great learning experience for all who attended.

There was also an extensive group discussion on Leadership in general and how the youth could be effective partners for change in Ghana and the world at large.

In attendance were the Patrons of IY-G Dr. Frederick Arhin, Mr. Prince Hammah and Papa Kwegyir-Aggrey Esq.

They also shared various experience of Leadership in general and encouraged the youth to take up the responsibilities to lead and cause change in their various communities.

Indeed, it was a very wonderful time with IY-G and we look forward to great times with IY-G.
